Can you share a bit about your role as Director of Customer Success at TransferRoom?

As Director of Customer Success I'm responsible for the overall experience of our customers, ensuring they have a great time using our platform, we retain their business and that we grow the value of those customers. I have a team of 25 outstanding Account professionals and Football Industry Experts, all of whom build and develop very special relationships with their customers.

What tip would you give to someone in the interview process for an account management role here at TransferRoom?

My top tip would be to really read up on the football industry and how Clubs and Agents do business. Focus particularly on how they use data analysis to make effective sporting and business decisions.

And finally, which football team do you support?

I support West Ham United (so my ability to stay positive in the face of adversity is frequently tested!)
