Head of Product Marketing
TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS Marketplace on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
TransferRoom is market leading and has become a must have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 700 clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 400 agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 4,000 transfers since launch in 2017.
Brief intro to the role
TransferRoom is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Product Marketing to orchestrate go-to-market activities, develop robust messaging and poignant value propositions.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead launches for new products and features and oversee their successful adoption
Own messaging and product positioning, value proposition and benefits that will resonate with our buyers
Develop a strong understanding of customers' pain points and ensure that product communication is centered around the benefits and value of adopting and using products and features
Develop competitive analysis to understand opportunities in the market and points of differentiation vs competitors
Collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams to monitor and communicate the value of an existing feature to customers through a range of channels
Support as product voice in the production of sales collateraly, including explainer videos and how-to content
Educate customer-facing teams on new product features
Play a central role in communicating and messaging our products at the TransferRoom Summits (online and in person events hosted quarterly)

Who you are:
Product marketing at a B2B SaaS company for 5+ years
Demonstrated success in launching new products and collaborating with go-to-market teams
Demonstrated success implementing scalable content and collateral such as slides, videos, copy etc., to explain products and features
Well-versed in working with new products and features, from conceptualization to messaging to successful adoption
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
