Senior Full Stack Engineer - 6 months contract

TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS Marketplace on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.

TransferRoom is market leading and has become a must have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 550 agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since launch in 2017.

Brief intro to the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in .NET C# and React to help us reshape how technology serves the football transfer market. You will be joining our Agents team, helping to lead its technical direction and playing a key role in building innovative solutions that enable football agents to connect with clubs and manage opportunities for their players.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contributing to the full software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture through to development and deployment.
  

• Participating in agile sprint planning, task estimation and technical breakdowns.
  

• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate product goals into scalable, high-performance solutions.
  

• Helping to lead the growth and development of our product for football agents, ensuring it meets their evolving needs.
  

• Identifying and resolving system bottlenecks and technical challenges before they become critical.
  

• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues across the stack, with a focus on performance and reliability.
  

• Contributing to architectural discussions and the long-term technical strategy.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, C# and React.

• Hands-on experience with T-SQL, Entity Framework Core, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS.

• Show a knack for picking up new skills quickly and a genuine eagerness to enhance your technical abilities.

• Be comfortable in an agile software development environment.

Nice to have

• English advanced.

• Experience in working with Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge and passion for football.
