It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 9,500+ transfers since its launch in 2017.

The TransferRoom team is truly global and we have the opportunity to connect weekly in 121s and team meetings, as well as in person at TransferRoom events.

Our London office is at Bankside, with additional tech hubs in Poland and Ukraine.
Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.
🎯 What You'll Be Working On
As a Product Owner, you will join a small, fast moving team focused on a product area that serves one of our core customers. You will take ownership of this area end to end, shaping work from early problem framing through to delivery, iteration and measurable outcomes.
This is a hands on role. We are looking for someone structured, thoughtful and commercially aware, comfortable translating strategy into detailed, actionable plans while navigating ambiguity. You will work closely with engineers, designers, commercial teams and our Product Lead to ensure what we build is valuable, viable and feasible.
More than anything, we are looking for someone who brings clarity to complexity and helps the team focus on the right problems at the right time. You will be:
Translating product strategy into well defined user stories, acceptance criteria and clear scope
Working closely with the Product Lead to align on priorities, trade offs and delivery plans
Managing delivery from discovery through to release and iteration
Maintaining a structured and prioritised backlog aligned to customer needs and commercial context
Partnering closely with engineers to understand dependencies, validate feasibility and remove blockers
Framing delivery problems clearly and exploring multiple solution paths before committing
Ensuring shipped features are measurable, and learning from how work performs in the real world
Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Commercial teams, contributing to both the why and the what
Communicating decisions, trade offs and rationale clearly, adapting your style to different audiences
Bringing structure, pragmatism and momentum to complex or ambiguous problem spaces
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy and product teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback
