What does your as Director of Analytics involve?

My role is to ensure data is transformed into insights that drive faster, smarter decisions. At a high level, my team focus on understanding and interpreting all of our data to give us a deeper view of the business, our users, and the product to ultimately drive revenue and growth.

How has your role evolved since you joined TransferRoom?

I joined back in 2020, and since then TransferRoom and the role has grown so much. The people, the business, the platform have all grown to be the amazing place it is today.

How does data contribute to the mission of TransferRoom?
