It is genuinely all-encompassing, constantly working on new projects, coming up with new strategies and always working to bring stakeholders together to maximise the impact of GTMs.
I feel incredibly valued and appreciated, my success is aligned to the businesses success so I feel set up to succeed.
How does marketing contribute to our mission in football?
Massively, we are tasked with brand building, revenue generation, churn prevention, you name it we probably have a hand in it, helping clubs and agents see more value in the transfer market.
For product marketing specifically, the success of our messaging, research and execution is directly tied to how much revenue a new product gains, or how much adoption we see to help renewal convos. We are connecting everything together, for our development teams, for our commercial teams and for our customers.
What’s been a recent success you’ve worked on?
Contingency AI, our contract management solution. I worked on the entire strategy with a small team, building out a roll out plan, full GTM list of activities and clear targets in mind.
We just closed our first campaign deal and are starting Phase 2 of the approach.
It's been very enjoyable (albeit quite challenging at times!) to see everything come together and there be clear alignment across the business.
