Perks and Benefits

Employees receive 25 days of holiday, as well as the usual 8 bank holidays per annum.
Our life assurance scheme pays out four times your basic salary to your named beneficiary in the event of your death.
Our critical illness cover pays out in the event you are diagnosed with a long-term illness or very serious medical condition.
Our parental leave is enhanced with maternity leave at three months’ full pay and paternity leave is one month's full pay.
We have a learning and development fund for every employee. We contribute up to £500 per year towards a training course or development programme to further your knowledge and growth.
We have teamed up with Hussle to offer a fitness benefit discount of 80% on over 1500 gyms and health clubs across the country.
Our company pension plan is an auto enrolment scheme, with employer contributions at 3% and employee contributions at 5%.
